This satisfies both the Florida bi-annual Code of Ethics requirment AND the 3-year NAR requirement. One of the final opportunities to complete your Code of Ethics requirement before the National Association of REALTORS renewal deadline of December 31st, 2021. You MUST arrive on time (registration begins at 9:30am) and attend the entire class until 1pm. Each attendee who completes the class will receive a course completion certificate. This will need to be submitted to your local real estate association (education department) and request that they forward to NAR. The instructor/school is only responsible for submitting to DBPR for your Florida license record. There will be a continental breakfast served, courtesy of our host Golden Dog Title & Trust.
