KISS Real Estate has several jobs and tasks lined up and is looking to hire 2-3 handymen people to work on these jobs. Pay rate depending on experience and is negotiable. Having basic tools is a preference and must have reliable transportation. Looking to hire ASAP with a full schedule during the week. Tasks are light maintenance /construction in nature, snap together planks, painting, placing cabinets, drywall patches, changing out faucets, light fixtures, etc. Lots of upward movement possibilities with this company. Current positions are 1099 contracts. Depending on work direct w-2 hire may be available later.
