Would you like to connect with your daughter/s in a different way, to dive a little deeper into what's going on within and support her in her beautiful evolution? This is a chance to do just that. This sound bath will be an opportunity to pause, to let go of the responsibilities/to do's in life for bit, and to connect with each other as you and your daughter are guided gently to see and remember the beauty within. We will explore and experience some mindfulness tools for de-stressing, emotional re-centering, better sleep, improved school performance ad increased self esteem. These tools include breathing exercises, simple meditation techniques (basically how to quiet the mind and connect within) and humming. These will help your girl/s cope with the world around them during these trying times. A deeply relaxing and de-stressing sound bath will follow and will support the exploration of her inner landscape. Conversation and tea will conclude the evening.
