Description

Two beautiful Tortoiseshell female cats approximately 18 months old. These young ladies are bonded with each other and are very playful with people. They have been raised together so we would like them to go to a new home together. Their personalities are different with Lucy being the more social, jump in your lap, affectionate one. Lux does not like to be petted but enjoys playing with toys, Lucy, and people. She shows indications of being trainable to be touched by people. We have seen no signs of aggression from these cats and have had a history of doing well with children. What are Tortoiseshell cats? Tortoiseshell cats are named for their bi-colored coats that look like the shell of a tortoise. Affectionately referred to as "torties," these colorful kitties are favorite pets in many homes. Although tortoiseshell coats are most commonly a ginger red and black, they can also have hints of cream, orange, or gold. (borrowed description) A modest adoption/rehoming fee can be discussed for these beautiful ladies. A cat tree, litter box, some toys included.
