Franklyn Bourne Bar Association's Women's Committee has made the decision to postpone the Annual Scholarship Tea. A new date is forthcoming. You are cordially invited to join the J. Franklyn Bourne Bar Association's Women's Committee for an afternoon of inspiration and elegance as we honor the new women judges of color throughout the state of Maryland at our annual scholarship tea.$70 Early Bird Ticket Price Expires on March 31, 2021.TICKETS WILL BE $75 AT THE DOOR.All proceeds go toward book scholarships for women-of-color law students in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
