Workhorse Recruiting is looking for General Contractors to complete Repairs/Rehabs on Properties. Work consists of the following: · Painting · Carpentry · Roofing · Drywall · Flooring (Carpet/Wood Floor Refinish) · Landscape · Appliance Install Most projects will consist of Handyman-type work completing miscellaneous line items throughout the property. Properties will need to have a good curb appeal in order to be listed and sold. If Contractor is licensed for a specific trade, projects will more than likely pay larger amounts.
