Looking to adopt a puppy

I'm looking to give a home in need. I have had both working breeds and had a shihtzu and senior chi that lived with me until they passed, from old age and then cancer. I have always had pet insurance. I have a vet I have used for 12 years thats amazing, and my babies come first and foremost. I dont mind paying an adoption fee, but i will not support backyard breeders and pay a ridiculous fee for irresposible backyard breeding. Sorry, if I wanted to pay 1200 for a dog, I would go to a reputable breeder, but i am not set on a purebred, mixed breed dogs tend to be healthier, and I'm open to most breeds. I have my own house, so no restrictions. I used to foster for a rescue until the founder died, and then i fostered kittens for the shelter. i have a fully fenced yard, vet reference, and can pics/video of my home. Thank you for taking time to help! I also work with a mobile vet part time if anyone needs help with finding homes for litters of puppies or assistance with spay/neuter of momma dogs.
