im in search of finding someone that has the ability to butcher a whole pig and cow.. The cow will be between 800 to 1400 lb. and would it mostly be butchered into ground, hot dogs, roast and steaks with the obvious ribs included... the pig would want butchered down to ribs, pork chops and of course thick ass bacon mostly...some ground and hot dogs prefer to find someone who can kill and butcher the pig and cow who does under table deals or bartering..
