Rehoming our maltichon

Due to unfortunate circumstances we have to rehome our 6 year old maltichon (his birthday is june 13 2015), due to no fault of his own. His name is Mr.Snuffles (we named him after the dog on rick and morty, he looks just like him). He is not fixed, hes fully house broken and only goes outside, he loves walks and his harnesses/leashes and food will go with him. Hes great with kids and other animals. He loves car rides. He does get separation anxiety when he is left alone. A family that has someone home all of the time or most of the time would be ideal for him. He's used to us taking him everywhere with us so hes used to being around someone constantly. I'm asking a rehoming fee just to ensure he goes to a family that's going to love him as much as we do.
