Owner of many successful Landscaping companies Looking for the Right person to Run and Manage the Business This is a perfect position for somebody who is ambitious, energetic, entrepreneurial, hard-working and wants to build a successful Career. You will be starting on the ground floor and will be hiring your own crew. you will be receiving 3 to 5 estimates everyday, and be supported by an office staff. Your main responsibility is to go do the estimates (we are willing to train the right candidate) do the jobs, and once your schedule is full, Start Hiring field staff, (we will support you) you will run your own franchise with systems in place. Everything is done through service autopilot app and an office staff. Here is our website Roles and Responsibilities: -report to CEO and Command Center/ Office -responsible for completing and performing work orders and in-field work -use Service Autopilot to route, schedule, and manage jobs -confirm and create mowing estimates created by Command Center -meet clients and create estimates for landscaping/cleanups/etc -weekly and monthly meeting with corporate representative going over finances and areas of improvement -hiring, Team meetings, and culture management of employees -trained and supported just like a franchisee -attend corporate training events and webinars -be a positive brand ambassador for Augusta Lawn Care Requirements: --Bilingual Preferred --Team Player --Non-Smoker --Reliable Transportation, Smartphone --Able to Pass Drug Test --Clean Driving Record --Capable of Hard/Outdoor Physical Labor --3 Year Minimum Of Landscape/Mowing Experience at a Company (THIS IS REQUIRED) Go to and submit your resume.
