Looking for a house cleaner/ assistant

Hello, I am looking for a house keeper/ assistant for a couple times a week. 9-5 pm. I have very specific cleaning requirements, a list I would want completed every visit. The applicant needs to have prior or equivalent experience. Must be able to read list and execute it. Have reliable transportation, no rides to get to work. Cleaning supplies provided by myself. Must be ok with picking up dog poop every 2 weeks. Must be able to be organized. Must be comfortable with feedback and open communication so everyone stays happy. Must be comfortable with dogs. I work from home so you need to also be comfortable working around me. 31 yr old female with cancer, just overwhelmed with keeping up on the house, small projects and work. Assistant type work is phone calls made on my behalf to contractors etc. Need to be able to take notes for me occasionally regarding the assistant work requested. Desire twice a week services. Either mon/ thur or tues/friday. Can be flexible with dates but I am arranging the dates so that the two sessions aren't back to back and that there is time between them in the week. Must be able to pass a background check. Location is near Robertson Bridge rd near the town of Merlin. Address is officially Grants Pass. Open to wages due to experience and quality of services rendered 13/hr- 18/hr. Would do a trail run for an agreed upon rate, and go from there. Looking to hire someone immediately.
