ALTADENA, CA — The Altadena Sheriff's Station has released the latest crime blotter for the week. Incidents featured in the blotter occurred from Nov. 14 to 20. Sunday, Nov. 14 Between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. – A car burglary occurred in the 2100 block of Lincoln Avenue. The suspect or suspects entered the car by shattering the window. A black wallet and credit cards were stolen. Monday, Nov. 15 Between 11:55 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. (Tuesday) – A grand theft occurred in the 2200 block of Winrock Avenue. A package containing a laptop was stolen. 5:53 p.m. – A petty theft from an unlocked car occurred in the 1800 block of Layton Street. Gucci sunglasses, a credit card and a black tire air pump was stolen. Between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (Thursday) - A car burglary occurred in the 4000 block of Chaney Trail. The car's lock was punched in and unknown items were stolen. Tuesday, Nov. 16 Between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. – A car burglary occurred in the 1700 block of N. Altadena Drive. The car's window was shattered and two tote bags, a phone charger and personal documents were stolen. Between 6:00 p.m. and 11:55 a.m. (Saturday) – A residential burglary occurred in the 600 block of E. Woodbury Road. The suspect entered the home by shattering a window. Between 7:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. – A car burglary occurred in the 2100 block of Lincoln Avenue. The car's window was shattered and a black purse, credit cards, personal documents and cash were stolen. Wednesday, Nov. 17 7:15 a.m. – A white 2021 Kia Sportage was reported stolen from the 2300 block of Navarro Avenue. Between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – A residential burglary occurred in the 3000 block of Grandeur Avenue. The house was entered through an unlocked door and a red/white Centurion bicycle was stolen. Thursday, Nov. 18 7:24 a.m. – A brown 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was reported stolen from the 700 block of New York Drive. 10:30 a.m. – A black 2008 GMC Savana was reported stolen from the 1700 block of E. Loma Alta Drive. Car description: black 2008 GMC Savana. The car was eventually recovered by the sheriff's station. Friday, Nov. 19 Between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. (Saturday) – A grand theft from a car occurred in the area of Woodbury Road and Canada Avenue. The catalytic converter of a 2001 Ford F350 was stolen. Saturday, Nov. 20 1:58 p.m. – An assault occurred in the 1900 block of Homewood Drive. A suspect was arrested.
