Hi, I'm Ranger🐾 (Dog compatibility unknown). I am set to be put down on 11/30. Why am I E-listed? I have done NOTHING wrong.... its sad, but simply I am mentally breaking down in this kennel. It’s just not humane to keep me here in this condition. Who can save my life? I really don't want to die!! I am a Love Bug!! I’m a 2 yr old, neutered, black and white American Pit Bull Terrier (59 lbs.). I came to the shelter as a stray in August 2021 and “held it together” until the end of October. After that, I started mentally struggling to the point of hurting myself in my kennel. I now have a eye injury because of me not handling my confinement anymore. I'm very playful, love back scratches and I'm so affectionate I want to be "on your lap"! I know “sit”, take treats gently, and walk well on a leash. Not sure how I am with other dogs since there was no dog to dog eval done on us dogs for the last 8 months in shelter. It is required that children in the home be 5+. I’m a good boy that deserves a chance to live!! Will you give me that chance? Can you save my life? Love, Ranger
