drivers wanted for local dog transport

I'm an independent dog hiker. I pick up 15-20 dogs from their homes in the morning, take them hiking for a few hours, and then return them in the afternoon. I'm looking for drivers to help with my pick-ups and drop-offs. You'd be picking up and/or dropping off 5-8 dogs at a time. We'd have a meetup spot where you'd bring dogs to me in the morning and/or take dogs from me in the afternoon. The dogs all live pretty close to each other, so it would take less than an hour of your time total, including getting them to/from me. All dogs are in West LA. Mostly Marina Del Rey, Venice, and Mar Vista. This would be Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can do either or both of those days. You can also do either or both of pick-ups or drop-offs. Pick-ups would be 7-8am, drop-offs would usually be 2-3pm. Most vehicles would work for this, although SUVs or vans would be best. No crates needed, though you can use crates if you prefer. I need someone who is reliable, has a reliable vehicle, lives or works in the area (West LA), is consistent, trustworthy, and comfortable/confident/experienced with dogs. There will be a training period where I do all the pick-ups/drop-offs with you, until you're very comfortable with it all, and you know the dogs really well, and they and my clients know you well and are comfortable with you. If interested in other opportunities, this could definitely lead to more, including hiking the dogs with me, helping with other work I do with dogs (therapy work, events, training, etc), and additional driving opportunities. The pick-up route would take 30-60 minutes of your time (5-10 miles of driving), from picking up the first dog to dropping them all off to me. Same for drop-offs. Pay is $25 for the pick-up route and $25 for the drop-off route. Please reply by email with as much pertinent information about yourself as possible.
