Roof repair needed

Looking for a roof repair only, we cannot afford to replace the whole thing at the moment. From my understanding there is one Valley in the rear that needs replacing and then all chimneys and exhaust hood piping and the Dormer in the front of the property need reflashing. Looking for estimates to repair this. I'm available all weekend to come out and look at it. Or maybe you can give a roof estimate from the pictures. Thanks.
