Helping Debugging an Electric Fence

Description

I have a multi-strand electric fence going around my 7 acre property using strands of high tensile electric wire and a 12 joule charger. The fence had been running a 8.9 kv charge on all strands. We seem to have to be dropping power somewhere as its running about 6kv now across it. I have a fault finder but can't figure out the issue. I'd like to hire someone to help me figure out the issue on the fence. Can pay hourly including travel time.
