My cat Chance has been missing since the morning of May 15th when ravenna PD tied him to a tree with his leash and harness. I'm hoping someone found him and took him in. I need to know what happened to my child so I can have peace at mind. Not knowing if he is safe and happy or if he is out starving in the cold all alone is driving me insane.
