Join us for our first splash into the season and enjoy the best wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and waterskiing. Spend the day boating and getting your groove back after a long Winter. Got a wake/ski/surf boat but no riders? This is perfect for you as WE PAY YOUR BOAT GAS and introduce you to riders! If you're over 21 and you've never been to one of our events, keep reading... We will spend the day boating in the delta and camping at Orwood Resort in Brentwood, CA. This is a great way to get to know fellow riders, learn new skills and play in the warm, beautiful, California sun! All experience levels are welcome, including those that have never been on a boat! We have some gear to borrow if you don't have your own. Check out www.fun-and-sun.org for more information. Full Weekend Events: We ride all day Saturday & Sunday, switching up boat crews each day so you get to know more people and try different wakes. Lunchtime is usually spent at Union Point Bar & Grill. Later in the day, depending on the water conditions, if it's windy or if everyone wants a break, we might tie up, swim and hang out until everyone is ready to ride again. Boats are pulled in and wiped down by about 5:30, as dinner is usually at about 7 or 7:30.In the evening back at our campsites, we'll enjoy a campfire where s'mores are highly encouraged. We'll put on some music, dance, make new friends and tell each other what an awesome time you had that day! Dinner, beer, soda and water are provided by the Club on Saturday night. Cost includes riding for both days, dinner Saturday night, camping Friday & Saturday nights. If you can't come the entire weekend, we have a single day options as well.
