Here's a list of the following people that they will Target predominantly homeless individuals located in nice neighborhoods where they do not want them people that are on drugs or people that sell drugs rapist and murders, Stalking is a crime it will not be tolerated by the community of Portland my aim is to bring a community together of anti-stalkers to expose these individuals that conducting them self in illegal behaviors.
