Hi, my name is Ashlee and my husband, sister, brother-in-law, and I are looking for an in-home babysitter for a 3 year old, 11 month, and 6 month old. We need someone for Tuesday’s & Thursdays from 7-5:45 ish. Sometimes get off time is earlier. Start day will be after January 4th. This is a temporary job, until I go back to a regular work schedule. I have no idea when I’ll go back to my regular days of just Monday and Wednesday, but we already have someone hired for those two days. The sitter would be here from 7:15-5:30/5:45 ish which equals out to be 10.5 hours a day. I work one on one with a doctor, and can't hire someone who can't commit, or be flakey with us. A reliable sitter is a must. The pay would be depending on experience. Our last sitter/nanny had 9 years experience, and gave us some quotes to offer sitters based on past experience/education. The sitter we are looking for would have to be willing to communicate with me via text or call while babysitting. We would not allow any outside visitors into our home, so that means no guests/visitors/boyfriends/girlfriends. We are also not wanting to hire someone who needs/wants to bring their own kids along. Non-smoker is also preferred. All in all, we are hoping to find a responsible, communicative sitter who will be safe with our children. We are both very laid back people, and all we ask outside of direct care for our girls, is to pick up after yourself if there is a need to. No additional nannying chores are required, but the sitter must clean up after the children and themselves. The sitter would have access to our tv and wi-fi. Our home has an audio and visual security system, and we live in a safe neighborhood. Sitter must pack their own food.
