Learn how to leverage diversity and inclusion within your organization. Lunch will be provided. An inclusive workplace is one that values the individual and celebrates their differences. An inclusive workplace enables a company to cultivate a diversity of backgrounds and perspectives of its employees, which in turn allows the organization’s talent, creativity, and contributions to bloom. Talent who feel fully welcomed, valued, respected, and heard by their peers and their organizations will fuel this growth. In this workshop, we will challenge our assumptions and beliefs with different cultures, generations, sexes, and backgrounds and learn how to leverage diversity and inclusion within our organizations.
