Working Student /Intern: English/Hunter/Jumper/Dressage Riding lessons

I am in search of a working student/intern who is interested in gaining experience as an amature or professional career equestrian (riding, training, and showing). You MUST be over age 17, have reliable transportation, and have intermediate or above knowledge and experience with horses. English, Hunters/Jumpers, Eventing and/or Dressage experience preferred. You must commit to being available at least 3 days per week for 5 hours minimum per day. Duties will include helping trainer with ground work and riding of horses in training, grooming, caring for equipment, helping at horse shows, interacting with students, and general help as needed - NO stall cleaning is required. This is not a paid position but you will receive invaluable experience and training in the classic equestrian disciplines which will prepare you as a horse trainer and competitor. Depending on your level of experience you may have the opportunity to compete with one or more of our horses.
