Patrick was last seen on a neighbors camera on Netherlands Ave on 11/21 Family has been searching on foot and by car all throughout the area, Roger Williams and his surrounding home which is Massasoit Ave near Pawtuxet Village. He responds to name and shaking of treats. Has a white under chin and mustache that reaches up to eye. Also a taller white boot on the back left leg. He loves people and strutting the side walks.
