1099 Independent Contractor position $17-$20 an hour depending if you have tools, transportation and talent! After a week or 2 trial period will be part time but for the right person can work into full time and even a business opportunity in the future. Our trainer has 30+ years in experience and we mostly fix doors, windows, fences, decks, laying flooring, yard work and landscaping, patches in walls, mounting items on walls and also a small window of time to hang Holiday lights. We also get other variety of jobs that don't really fit into any category. Tools recommended to own: Power drill Hand saw Various Screwdrivers Pliers Tape Measure Level Reciprocating Saw Foldable ladder that extends 10-12ft. (There is opportunity for more jobs if you have a taller ladder and can get on roofs) Caulk gun Putty knife various sized for small drywall jobs Tile equipment a plus Truck to haul is a plus but not neccessary if you can fit your tools in your car.
