Intermediate rider in search of a stable with a riding facility where I can practice riding and also ride a horse for exercise. I am currently taking Horsemanship classes (working toward barrel racing classes) in Keller Texas so it's a pretty good drive. I'd like to see if there's a place closer where I might be able to ride a horse often in the week to practice and if available I can also start doing lessons there. I do not currently own a horse so I'm looking for someone who needs their horse to be ridden for exercise and unsupervised. I'm looking for a simple lease where I can basically pay a monthly fee to ride.... I'm not wanting to take full responsibility for a horse being fed, groomed, vet, etc. Just wanting to lease some ride time.
