I have a 3 year old black lab male, neutered, up to date on shots and super sweet. He gets along well with other dogs and is interested in cats but NOT aggressive. He will need a fully fenced backyard, he is very energetic but does do well off leash as well as long you’re on a large piece of property. Changing work schedules has caused my girlfriend and I to be gone more than 14 hours daily and it’s not fair for him to be in a crate so long. He is rambunctious and will require lots of attention, has not had a whole lot of leash training so he does pull. Definitely don’t recommend a home with small kids. 8+ for sure. He is 110lbs of pure baby, cuddle bug and best friend but is a great guard dog for the household. My heart breaks knowing that I can no longer provide the home that he needs. He does have AKC paperwork, vet records and ear medications (he gets yeast infections after he goes swimming) he loves water, the hose outside and playing fetch. He is also house broken. He knows basic commands but is just hyper when he does them lol. He’s a big food eater and messy water drinker but all he wants is a couch to curl up with you on at the end of the day.
