We need helpers with as many as of the following skills as possible Painting LIGHT plumbing (handyman level) Light Electrical (handyman level) Drywall Demo Hanging cabinets TILE Flooring Cleaning Gutters Screening pool decks Installing Fences Ripping out hedges Lawn Care Weed Eating Pavers General outside labor of any kind Roofing Basically our company takes job all over the clermont area and we handle just about any small/med size job, larger or more skilled jobs we will sub out, but we are looking for someone(s) who can be flexible from day to day. We start early in the day and work until the days work is done, we dont pay by the hour, we pay a salary per week, paid on friday at the end of shift. I am hoping to find a future crew leader. I have a lot of work and want to hire more crews, but I need a good leader, someone who can supervise more crew independantly. Are you reliable and responsible? Your own tools are not required, but always welcome on jobs. We suggest having your own safety equipment (glasses, hearing, gloves we do not supply these items) You must have your own transportation and be able to get to and from work all by yourself You must be a good communicator Be on time, be dressed to be in customers homes, be professional Please respond with your contact information, and please tell us about your skills. If you only send a one or two word reply, it will be put straight in the trash, if you cant bother to apply and tell us about yourself when you are looking for a job, how will you be if we hire you. Please show us that you have what it takes to show up and work. We will pay the right person a good weekly wage if they show they deserve it. We will try you out the first week at our starting wage, and if you show us you can work and deserve a higher amount, we will pay it, but work must be getting done, if we cant bill customers for completed work, we cant pay you! Show us, and we will pay you top dollar!
