In need of a professional Plumber/Handy Man to replace the floor of a small bathroom and install a new toilet. Bathroom floor is currently unstable to walk on as wood underneath may have rotten away. The home is being renovated and is not currently occupied. The job is in Plainfield, NJ and would begin this coming week.The pay is $1000 cash when job is completed.
