Winter Conditions - general labor
Winter protection labor includes daily snow removal and site preparation for a three story multi-family residential facility in the early phases of construction. Snow is removed and building pad cleared by 8:00 AM each day prior to trades arriving on-site. Site is then covered at day's end. Other tasks include equipment/material handling and miscellaneous assistance to trades as required.
