Need Vinyl Siding Section Replaced

Description

The top piece of siding came off my house, the installer didn't use any fasteners or adhesive, he put a piece of channel on the cut edge then pressure fit it into the framing channel and it blew off. I'd like to have it re-installed with a bead of silicone in the framing channel this time. Would like someone with vinyl experience and insurance ( please bring copy ).........how much? Thanks
