SEEKING FULL-TIME GENERAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR: Painting & drywall work Light plumbing (handyman level) Light electrical (handyman level) Tile & Flooring repairs Cleaning, routing, and repair of gutters Power washing sidewalks and buildings Installation and fences repairs Gardening rehabilitation work to landscape Paver installation and repairs General outside labor of any kind and janitorial Window cleaning The position is in the Altamonte Springs, FL area and we handle just about any small/medium size job, larger or more skilled jobs we will contract out. However, we are looking for someone(s) who can be flexible. This position is working for condominium complexes in the greater Altamonte Springs, FL area to include Longwood, Sanford, and the Lake Mary areas as well. Are you reliable and responsible? Can you report to work at 8:30 on weekdays? Do you possess good communication skills? You must have your own transportation and be able to get to and from work all by yourself. Candidates must be honest, dependable, and self-motivated. At least 1 year of experience with a valid driver’s license is required. Your own tools are not required, but always welcome on jobs. We suggest having your own safety equipment. You will be provided with a company golf cart for transportation while working on the property.
