Repair major and minor issues In Mobile Homes Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Plumbing experience a plus Don't mind getting your hand dirty Must Have Reliable transportation Have you own tools Starting pay depends on level of experience
