Job Description The Position: Vacation Rental Housekeeper Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around homes. Cleans floors and rooms, including damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and cleaning glass and windows. Cleans restrooms, including restocking toiletries, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets. Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners. Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. Job Requirements: MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to reach overhead. Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment. Available on weekends and holidays. Must have a smartphone. Job Responsibilities: To clean and prepare homes for residents and/or guests in a timely manner while meeting a high quality cleaning standard. To ensure all supplies and amenities are provided at cleanings. To report damages, stains, or other property issues and concerns to management, through an app. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
