Join Creativity Junkies Friday and Saturday after Emerald City Comic Con for a night of anime and cosplay! Emerald City Comic-Con ends each day at 7pm, but the good times will still be rolling! Ray and Trey of Creativity Junkies are hosting 2 back to back evenings at Seattle Makers for cosplayers to chill, craft and enjoy some quality anime flicks! Snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase. For those of you unfamiliar, Seattle Makers is a makerspace in Wallingford equipped with tools and equipment to make any cosplayer's dreams come true. Amenities include full sewing studio, FDM 3D Printers, SLA 3D Printers, C02 Laser Cutters, powertools, craft supplies, woodshop, metal shop, A/V equipment and paint corner. It's a large warehouse style space at the top of the Wallingford Steps, across the street from Gas Works Park! We'll be projecting anime on the big screens while offering clear workspace, tool access and guided assistance on the lasers and 3D printers. Get to know the makerspace, and see live demonstrations on the laser including file setup, machine operation, etching and cutting.
