Make your own Yule Log for the Winter Solstice! Come learn about yule and make your own yule log to light your hearth through the longest night of the year. No, we are not talking about the delicious dessert but a log lovingly decorated with seasonal greens and natural items to hold candles. This was a way to celebrate the sun slowly working its way back toward growing season and longer days. We will provide: a trimmed and stabilized log with candle holes, local greens like cedar, pine, and holly, cinnamon bark , dried oranges , pinecones , twine and glue sticks, & a fun atmosphere to chat about non traditional holidays!
