lost EBT card

Lost my EBT card.... A few weeks ago my bike and wallet took a joyride with some oversized backpack wearing creep! That being said, we were able to order another..... in fact it had come that same day. I managed to lose it within the hour. The card is gray with black lettering, the state only prints the card number not your name. I of course did not sighn the back. However, I do know the card number, pin and amount.
