Come Hike with Goats on the Farm and through the woods! Join us for a stroll in the woods, with goats on leads and some roaming free as we hike through the farm's woods. These events will include a meet & greet other animals if they are on the farm such as with the goats, llama, sheep, baby lambs, dogs, etc. Some events will have a theme. We will provide goat treats to each participant and teach you more about goats and life on the farm. The walk will be an hour and a little over a mile round-trip on gravel and hilly terrain. If conditions are too muddy/wet/icy for the goats we will take an alternate route down a side street. The event is about an hour and we'll be going at "goat" speed. Not advised for kids under 5 yrs old, since our goats we use on these hikes have horns. Group size is ~15 people. All attendees must be able to walk at least a mile, unassisted. What To Bring: Appropriate shoes and clothes for a farm are required, meaning, wear clothes/shoes you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Conditions can be muddy/wet/icy so be prepared. This event is all outdoors, not heated, and no bathrooms are available November - April. Note: Social distancing will be difficult at times when walking the goats so please bring Masks if needed. No large bags, strollers/baby carriers, kids under 4yrs old, or outside animals allowed. Tickets: $30 per person. Ages 5-11 are allowed with adult participation. All attendees must have a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and we reserve the right to reschedule as needed due to weather. Reschedule dates will be offered or vouchers to attend a future hike will be offered. Advanced Registration Only. Goat treats and hand sanitizer will be provided during check-in. COVID-19 Policy Agreement: By signing up, I have read and agreed to comply with your policy to adhere to Mass and CDC recommendations for social distancing while at the farm and wearing a mask if I am higher risk or not fully vaccinated. I agree that I will not attend, or have any of my guests attend, if they had COVID-19 symptoms such as feeling sick or ill, fever, or tested positive and should be in quarantine. Cancellation Policy: No refunds are available. Tickets are non-refundable and we reserve the right to reschedule, as needed, due to weather. Since classes sell out in advance, we have a strict cancellation policy. Goats to Go in Georgetown, MA.  We offer goat yoga and snuggle classes with our baby fainting goats. Unless otherwise stated classes are offered on the farm in a beautiful setting on grass.  In the event of rain, the events are held inside the barn.
