Spirit Elephant is proud and honored to host an exclusive book signing event with the famous Chicago native, Joanne Molinaro, aka The Korean Vegan. Any one of Joanne's many incredible accomplishments are awe-inspiring; from running marathons, to a long tenure as a prominent Chicago attorney, to her most recent accolade, becoming a New York Times best-selling author. While working full time, Joanne began story-telling and sharing veganized Korean recipes on TikTok and Instagram as a hobby while she worked from home during the pandemic. Today, she has millions of followers and her gorgeous cookbook has shot to the top of the New York Times best-sellers list. Spirit Elephant is thrilled at the opportunity to give our followers first pass at tickets to this special event.
