Description
Small motel looking for on- call maintenance person to be available 7 days per week. Reasonable hours - but late nights are possibilities.
Most calls are plumbing related (snaking, leaks ect) Door / knob fix /replace. Some compounding, chaulking painting.
Tools and equipment for calls are on- site.
Usually range 7-10 calls per week. Could be several calls per day.
