Small dog free to go good home

Will travel internationally in a month, but unfortunately the current flight policy does not allow him to travel with me... I thought there is way to get him travel but there is not. Seven years old mix breed, 25lb, neutered and up to date with vaccines. Good with cats, but not with other dogs. He is very defensive toward strangers, but will be VERY sweet once he knows you. Thanks
