DISH at the Napa Wine Company are hosting December's wine dinner on the 15th! Wednesday December 15th, DISH and the Napa Wine Company will be bringing you our third wine dinner of the season. Eclectic cuisine with a California flair is the theme for this month's dinners, and surely one that will not want to be missed. Please help us make these wine dinners a success. Please be sure when signing up for the wine dinners that you truly have intent on coming. Please cancel at least 72 hours before the event if you have a conflict with attending. **If you are sick, we appreciate you calling us and canceling no matter how close to the event we are. Doors OPEN at 6:00 pm; if you plan to come by for a cocktail before the dinner, please do so between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30pm. Cost is $110 per person, plus tax and gratuity. If you have certain people you would like to sit with during the event (single reservations will be grouped together unless otherwise noted) or if you have any dietary requests, please email [email protected] with your requests. Due to the complexity of these dinners, substitutions can not be accommodated. Check out the menu below! Course 1: Ghost Block Morgan Lee Vinyard Sauv Blanc Lemongrass grilled wild tiger prawns with green curry, coconut rice “cracker”, korean chili oil, thai basil, and mint. Course 2: Elizabeth Rose Chardonnay Creamy gruyere and Yukon gold soup with caramelized onion jam, fried shallots, green onion oil, and toasted garlic breadcrumbs. Course 3: Elizabeth Rose Pinot Noir Cold smoked organic king salmon with brown butter bearnaise, pancetta and asparagus “hash”, tarragon oil, and micro greens. Course 4: Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon Pepper braised english style short ribs with ancho-chipotle jus, pickled onions, orange-cilantro gremolata, and goat cheese polenta. Course 5: Ghost Block Zinfandel Peanut butter and white chocolate truffle with blackberry reduction.
