Large adult dogs are $10 to approved homes.
Wanted a home with a fenced yard, another companion and lots and lots of dog toys!
We brought Miss Trina home for Thanksgiving. She is one of the longest shelter residents. :-( What a sweet girl. She has been at the shelter since August 4 and would really love her own home for the holidays. Shelter is no place for such a sweet girl to spend her youth.
She’s a young petite spayed female. She is affectionate and loves attention. She loved playing in the yard with our other larger dog and would love a home with a large playful companion dog. She really loved the soft dog toys.
She appeared to be housebroken. She had no accidents in the house in 48 hours. She’s completely crate trained. She was clean and quiet in her crate all night long.
She could use some training on house manners, Like staying off the furniture but she is very smart and learns quickly.
She makes an excellent jogging or running partner she is quite athletic She went on a 4 mile jog with me.
She made no attempts to escape are fenced yard.
She is available for adoption to an approved home. If you can’t take a dog permanently would you consider fostering Trina? Or even just a sponsorship to help her move out more quickly?
You can meet Trina at the Joplin humane society. They are open seven days a week. North Main St., Joplin, MO. 102 East Emperor Ln.
