I am looking for a small breed dog, preferably a shih tzu, as an ESA/companion animal. Hoping for 1-3 years in age but would definitely consider older/younger. I am in PDX but can travel north if needed. I work from home full time and plan on having the pup with me everywhere I go (so long as they are welcome). I am willing to pay an adoption fee, however, if possible would like to meet in person before committing.
