Unfortunately, no. All attendees are responsible for transporting their items to and from the event on their own. I have an item that looks like a weapon, but it probably wasn't used as a weapon. Can I bring it to be appraised? Unfortunately, no. No weapons or anything that is perceived to be a weapon, will be permitted. I bought an appraisal item ticket. Can I bring anyone with me? There is no admission price; however, due to public health regulations and our commitment to keeping everyone as socially distant as possible, we are limiting each ticket holder to one guest only. We will keep you updated as things evolve between now and then. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? We offer free parking in our lot at our building. Attendees should enter through the main entrance at the front of the building. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Please contact us at (716) 845-7000 ext. 100 or [email protected] for all inquiries. What's the refund policy? No refunds will be issued for any tickets. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You will receive a PDF of your ticket(s) that you can print or pull up on your mobile device for us to scan. You will receive a physical ticket(s) to turn into your chosen appraiser at check in.
