This is great opportunity for anyone who’s looking to make some extra cash or make a full time career out of being a notary/signing agent! We will be discussing: 1. How to become a Notary. 2. What a Notary Public can and can’t notarize. 3. We will go over how to complete different types of notary acts. 4. We will review general documents as well as real estate documents. 5. We will have mock closings for refinances and purchases. 6. We will go over how to start your own notary business from creating your LLC to advertising. And so much more!
