Join me in-person in Henderson, NV for my Christmas Cookie Decorating Class! About the class!This class is geared towards beginners. If you want to learn how to decorate cookies fit for a Pinterest party or even if you’re just looking to have a fun Girls Night Out, this class is for you! Get into the holiday spirit & join me for a fun & festive class to learn everything you need to know to decorate the cutest set of Christmas cookies! I’ll provide everything you need, from cookies to icing & everything in between, & I’ll even share my recipe & some of my favorite tips & tricks! All you need to do is show up with your beautiful self. So, grab your favorite gals & sign up today to reserve your seats & join me as we frost the night away! This class is on December 11th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. We will be meeting in the classroom of Code Ninjas in Henderson located at 2642 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy., Ste. A6, Henderson, NV 89052. You can also add on an Additional Class Kit so you can bring home the fun! Make it a family night & show them all your new skills! I’ll even send you the class PowerPoint so you can teach them everything you learned too!! FAQ What will I be doing in the in-person class? You’ll have a ton of fun! We’ll go over some cookie basics & terminology, practice piping to give you a feel for it, then jump right into decorating your very own set! Do I need to know how to bake? Nope! I’ll have it all baked & ready to go! BONUS: I’ll send you my actual recipe in an email after class in case you want to take a stab at baking! What will we learn in class? Since this is a cookie decorating class, you’ll first learn some decorating techniques & then you’ll jump straight into decorating! You’ll learn tips & tricks along the way, & if we finish a little early, we’ll do a little more in depth learning about royal icing—preparing it, coloring it, consistencies, etc. What do I need to bring? Yourself! Everything you need will be provided for you. All you need to do is join me and have fun! What age is best for cookie classes? My classes are suitable for ages 12 & up! However, anyone under 16 will need a parent taking the class as well. What will I bring home? By the end of the class, you will have created a gorgeous set of cookies placed in a windowed bakery box. The cookies need 24 hours to dry before the icing is fully set, but once dried, you’ll be able to handle them without ruining the design. Can I sign up as an individual or as a group? You can sign up either as an individual, with a friend, or with a whole group. The more the merrier! I’m limiting it to a total of 20 seats, so definitely sign-up ASAP! Where are the classes located? This class will be held at the classroom in Code Ninjas Henderson location – the address is 2642 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy., Ste. A6, Henderson, NV 89052. I signed up for a class but can't make it? Sometimes, things happen out of your control. I get that! That’s why I'll allow you to cancel up to 5 days before the class. You can always transfer your spot to a friend though (what a nice friend you are). Please read below for my COVID-19 Cancellation Policies. Covid / General Cancellation Policy for In-Person Classes: Whether you’re vaccinated or not, masks are required. Clark County continues to have a mask mandate in place so we must continue to use masks in public indoor settings. Showing Symptoms Before 5 Days Out: If you’re sick prior to the 5-day refund cutoff, you can cancel for a full refund, less the Eventbrite fees! Your ticket price includes your Eventbrite fees; however, Eventbrite does not refund fees. If you cancel your ticket for a refund, we'll give you a refund less the Eventbrite fee - since we don't get this back either. Eventbrite keeps it regardless of if you show up or cancel. To request a refund through Eventbrite, follow these steps. Showing Symptoms After 5 Days Out: For any sickness symptoms prior to your class’s start time but after the 5-day refund policy, please email me before your class’s start time, and I’ll give you a credit for the next class! Showing Symptoms Upon Arrival: If you arrive at class with symptoms of COVID-19, I’ll ask that you please leave class, but I’ll give you a full credit towards a future class. I want you better! You Don't Show Up or Email Prior To Class: If I do not hear from you before your class’s start time, and you do not show up for class, I won’t be able to offer you a refund or a credit regardless of if you're sick. So please reach out to me if you’re feeling sick before class starts! Add an Additional Class Kit to your Order! Order your Additional Class Kit today and take the class home with you! My class kits come with everything you'll use in class, and I'll email you the class PowerPoint so you can follow my step-by-step instructions! I’ll have the kits with me at class so you can pick up your pre-ordered kits before you leave. Although your kits can last for a couple of weeks at room temperature (longer if frozen), I recommend using it ASAP & within a week. You may notice some separation occurring in the icing after a day or two. That’s okay! This is a natural occurrence and DOES NOT mean your icing is bad.
