this bourbon. Oats add a smooth mouth feel and a more floral palate and nose. Stone’s Throw is a softer, mellower, creamier bourbon than the deep, full and robust Giants. Aged in charred new American White oak barrels, Stone’s Throw delivers sweet floral notes mingled with spice, caramel, and toasted brown sugar. The finish lingers with sweetness, yet retains the signature depth of RockFilter rich grain flavors. Rail Splitter Bourbon Whiskey Triticale is a unique and flavorful grain crossed with rye and wheat in the 1800s in Scotland.  A hearty mash bill of triticale combined with corn yields a luscious rye-like peppery bourbon, with the more delicate and soft finish of a traditional wheated bourbon.  An opportunity to share a dram of a rare bourbon. A mysteriously rich nose hints at the spiciness of Rye, yet a soft slight floralness with caramel. On the palate, it’s a complex bright peppery note tangled with the sweet richness of corn and the softness of wheat. Fence Jumper Bourbon
 Oaxacan Green Corn and Cherrywood Smoked Rye bourbon–yes, the mouth waters just reading it. Aged in new charred American White Oak barrels, this bourbon bears a mysteriously intoxicating nose of deep rich caramels, toasted almonds and sweet smoked cherries. The palate is pleasant, rich and robust with grains, with a hint of spice and the signature RockFilter grain-forward luxuriousness. The finish is soft and smoky, lingering well into the bottom of your first glass. Barrel Roll Rye Whiskey 
A gold medal-worthy Rye Whiskey sweetened with organic yellow corn, delivering the hallmarks of a robust classic rye spiciness balanced with the complexities of fruit. Well balanced with a subtle nose giving way to a pleasing surprise of classic rye spiciness, mint, cherries, and pineapple upside down cake. Hints of various fruits, muted by soft tobacco and spice. Red Rider Rye Whiskey Not just another Rye Whiskey.  Made from a high rye grain mash, with a unique and subtle addition of Applewood Smoked Oats. A unique light smokiness couples with the soft creamy oats to enrich the spicy earthiness of the bold winter rye.  An intoxicating nose of light toffee, dried oranges, sweet raisins, and smoke give way to a palate of sugarcane, toasted walnuts, and spicy rich grains.  The finish is caravan black tea, sweet nuts, mint, bright pepper, and soft smoke. Giants of the Earth Bourbon It starts with a classic bourbon mash of corn and rye. The rare addition of grain sorghum makes this an earthy, rich and very grain-forward bourbon. That's grain sorghum, not sorghum molasses. Forged in new charred American White Oak barrels, this deep mahogany spirit delivers a rich nose of roasted brown sugars and dark toasted nuts, with the sorghum providing its trademark hint of tropical sweetness.
