Intro: My name is Peter and I'm currently in York, PA. In the last 6 months I made 3 personal real estate transactions and now that I got my feet wet in the filed, I want to do this for living. Looking for: Real estate is something I've been passionate about since high school and now is the time to make money! I want to start flipping houses for profit! Doing that ill need an independent contractor. Someome with experience. Experience that you can show me. It'd be awsome to show me a "before and after" of a project you worked on. Wither you know every thing in houses (from the base to the roof) or just know how to do one thing, such as flooring or painting, I still want to hear from you. Starting into this business is not going to happen over night. It will probably take a month or two before I purchase the first property but when that happens, I want to WASTE NO TIME. I want to have everything I need, such as a contractor. Now whether you have a website or not, insure or not, know one thing or all, have a team or just alone... I want to hear from you, and possibly set a meeting as well. I'm looking for someone that can give me quality work with a good price. And if you happen to be that person, we will have continuous work for years to come. I can go hire a company, but I would be cutting my profits putting tons of money I to the company's pocket, not even the employee (God knows if they even paid them as much as they deserve). Hows it like: Working with me, you'll not spend a dime from your pocket. You'll always have someone with you from my team. If you need to purchase anything, that person will pay for it. We make an agreement, sign it, and on the due date and everything looks good. You get your money, and I list my house and hopefully make some money off of it.
