Pool contractor needed - repair and winterize

I have a pool needs some service but my pool company waiting time is too long: - The pool has leak from 4-6" below the skimmer line. It should be at the tiles. But I would like to get someone professional to confirm before winterizing. And this is the main hold up. The water stays at this line for 2 weeks (see pic). - The automatic pool cover stuck in the middle. Motor works, rope looks great but stuck in the middle. I used it a couple times a year and normally i can push it to help open/close. Need to have somebody help fix it. - It has a lot of leaves etc. in it as the pool cover stuck. Need clean up before winterize. - Winterize. Let me know your experience and rate in the first email please, as well as contact number. As long as this post is up I am still looking - my pool service company cannot do leak detection until end of the year or even later. I have flexible schedule, after hours or weekends good.
