Great Lakes Championship Wrestling Blizzard Brawl is only eight days away and I can't wait! I attend a lot of wrestling events every year, but Blizzard Brawl is always one of my favorites and the best way to end the year. It seems every year I say this Blizzard Brawl is bigger and better than ever. I'm saying it again. If you have any doubt, just look at this match listing: Main Event"The Titan" Adam Scherr (fka Braun Strowman) & EC3 vs. Impact Wrestling's Jake Something & RohitGLCW Heavyweight Title MatchBackwoods Brown (c) vs. Former WWE Star, Val VenisOVW National Heavyweight Title"Mr. PEC-Tacular" Jessie Godderz vs. "The Fanny Pack Kid" Kal HerroAEW's Serena Deeb & Haley J vs. ODB & SierraThe Express & Kevin Thorn vs. The Gunn Club & CBS 58's Mike CurkovIMPACT Wrestling's Joe Doering vs. OVW's Cash Flow with Josh AshcraftJoey Avalon vs. former WWE/WCW/Impact Star Shannon MooreThe Dark Kloudz, Tony Gunn & Drew Hernandez vs. Luscious Lawrence, Dustin Jackson, TW3 and a mystery partner. As exciting as those matchups are, they are only part of the fun. Before the in-ring action begins, there is a huge meet-and-greet, featuring wrestling legends and current stars. That list includes Gail Kim, Al Snow (and Head), Jeff Jarrett, Impact champ Moose, Debra, D'Lo Brown, referee Aubrey Edwards, Rebel, Maria Kannelis and #SuperFriend David Herro. Of course, there will also be excited wrestling fans and probably several indy wrestlers in the crowd. Everyone comes out for this event! GLCW's signature event, Blizzard Brawl, returns Saturday, December 4 at 7:30 PM at the Waukesha County Expo Center in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Doors open at 5:00 PM, to give fans enough time to meet all of the great wrestling stars. Blizzard Brawl is THE big wrestling event for the year. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet many wrestling stars and enjoy excellent in-ring action. I'll be "On the Beat" as usual. If you see me, stop me for a selfie. Check back here after for my recap and a look at GLCW's next event, Sunny Days featuring Tammy "Sunny" Sytch on Saturday, January 15. Photo courtesy of Great Lakes Championship Wrestling.
